I will tell you, this particular series of The Hope Ignites Healing Podcast, where we have been talking through Spiritual Wellbeing , has not been a walk in the park 😆
A while ago, I promised my listeners that I would make a podcast on this and how it relates to Whole Health. I know it is a core need. It's like food to the stomach; spiritual wellness is food to the soul, it's you feeding that inner "man" that only you can touch.
The biggest pain is that often a time, we do not get to touch that part of our being, because we let others touch "that inner person" even before we ever do so; we let the outside guide and dictate what our inner ought to look like 😔 No wonder, it often does not last and we end up getting severely disappointed 😞
